With our Naples Pizza making class, you will have the opportunity to dive into the mysteries of the Italian dish most loved all around the world: the pizza! Guided step by step by a famous Neapolitan ‘Maestro Pizzaiolo’, you can join us in the preparation of the pizza Margherita. The class takes place in a restaurant kitchen, a few minutes walking from the very place where the pizza Margherita was first created in the in 1889.
To begin with, you will sample a special appetizer with bruschetta, crocchè and wine/beer.
You will prepare the pizza from start to finish, and of course, once they are cooked, we will enjoy them together in the framework of the beautiful restaurant of the facility, at the beating heart of Naples’ city centre.
You will prepare the best recipes of the pizza tradition, carefully selected by renowned Maestri Pizzaioli and daily by Napolitan people."
