Why not take Roman food culture into your own hands with a full 4-course, hands-on cooking course? Our fantastic English-speaking chef guides you step-by-step, starting with shopping at the local market all the way through perfecting your desert of choice. In the morning we’ll meet at Campo de’ Fiori to peruse the local market. The market is a feast, in and of itself, for the senses: vibrant shades of greens, deep purples, and glowing reds are sprinkled throughout the displays. Not to mention the perfunctory aromas emanating down each aisle. Luckily, our wonderful chef will keep you focused on choosing the right ingredients for your very own 4-course meal. Our state-of-the art kitchen is just a short walk from the market. Here, you are greeted with prosecco and antipasti to tide you over while you slice, dice, roll, and whisk your meal to perfection. All in all, you’ll create and feast upon a delicious homemade pasta, a savory main course, one elegant side dish, and a dessert that puts the cherry on top of your experience. The final meal is hosted in our dining room where you can bask in the moment of your creation’s reveal before dining on it. Carefully selected local wines accompany your exquisite meal to give you a truly Roman experience.
